FS2004 Belle Isle Scenery By Matt Magner. Belle Isle is located at the end of the Detroit River south of Lake St Clair between Detroit and Windsor. It is home of the recently closed Belle Isle Aquarium, which opened in 1904, and the Detroit Boat Club. This Ground2k4 scenery re-aligns the coastline of the island and adds a better landclass to make it more realistic.
