SurClaro stores information voluntarily submitted through the contact form, including name, email address, subject and message. A one-way hash of the network address and a limited user-agent value may be retained for abuse prevention.
Purpose
Contact information is used only to answer messages, investigate historical SurClaro material and protect the service. It is not sold to advertisers.
Retention and requests
Messages are retained only as long as operationally necessary. To request access or deletion, use the contact page.
