Nazca Nazca, in Peru, is a strange place indeed. It has lines and figures drawn on the ground that have lasted a long, long time. The area is arid, receiving very little precipitation. A lot has been said and written about these lines, most of it by people with a very fertile imagination. Nonetheless, the lines on the ground are intriguing, and make you wonder who made them and why, if they definitely couldnt see them. by marquesfern_at_hotmail.com.
