Ramenskoye airport, Zhukovsky (UUBW) - AFCAD Includes airport ground design exclusively (no buildings and no terrain design), with AFCAD v.2.21 by Lee Swordy. This airport is missing in FS2004s msfs default scenery. It was a secret air base during Cold War. Now it is the worlds largest aerospace center. The main runway is the second largest paved active usable runway in the world (over 17,700 ft in lenght) at just 370 feet altitude, and has no weight restrictions, which means probably the most long-effective paved usable runway for heavy aircraft takeoffs at MTOW. The airport is located at 37km east-southeast of Moscows city center and at just 20km north-northeast of Domodedovo airport. Scenery setting-up in FS2004: 1. Unzip content; 2. Move Ramenskoye folder and its content to FS2004s main scenery folder; 3. Open FS2004s main folder and find file scenery.cfg; 4. Open file scenery.cfg and add the scenery entry, as shown in the printscreen example file included; 5. Save the cfg file and run FS2004. NOTE: in order to avoid autogen 3D objects appearing over the airports ground, do not forget to include the exclude line at the end of the scenery entry, as shown in the example, for there is no specific exclude file included in the package. by Pedro M.
