Scenery of Carrasco Intl Airport (SUMU) -March 2006 version 3, Flightsim FS2004/FS9 Juan Pablo Simonet Since last September I have been working in this project using the version 2 as my start point, with the final objective of creating a realistic scenery, adding a passenger terminal area, hangars, actual runways and numerous structures in the area. Although the buildings are not picture-realistic, the textures used are very comparable to the real ones. All these addons have the same coordinates and the airport positioning is almost like in aerial and satellite pictures. This scenery includes: -Passenger Terminal -Jetway (or Airbridge) (Parking Stand 4) -General Aviation and Cargo Hangar -Runways and taxiways with actual sizes -International Airport apron, with real GPS parking stand positions -Military apron and Hangars -Number 1 Military Base -Periphery roads -Airport main car entrance, parking and surrounding trees. -Primary and secondary RADAR -Montevideo Control Centre and Carrasco Tower buildings -Weather Station buildings -Illuminated aprons
