The Coral Surrounds are very good, however the land complexity is poor. If there a way of using default Midway Island and adding scenery it may pay off.

mostly sand and most of the island is under water. Look at buildings away from runway, they are half water waves way inland where belong. I landed helecopter in parking lot on floats it was floating top
