New Add-ons
TRC-G1000 Glass Cockpit.
The unique TRC-G1000 is a 100% scale replica of the most popular Garmin 1000 and Garmin 900 (G1000 and G900) Glass Cockpit Systems as found in many modern aircraft. The display functionality is supported by Microsofts professional Simulation Platform ESP, by Flight Simulator FSX and (with additional software packages from third parties) for Microsoft FS9.

The hardware is produced from quality ABS using plastic injection molding and high quality electronics.

All buttons and rotary encoders work as you expect them to do, even the Joystick function on the right hand side of the PFD and MFD bezel is implemented.

The new TRC-G1000 Glass Cockpit now offers video control electronics to a multi-video interface.

The latest TRC-G1000 is now equipped with the following interfaces.

1. A USB interface which connects internally to the following devices via a built-in USB HUB system:
a. The SD Card Reader 1,
b. The SD Card Reader 2,
c. The TRC1000 electronics for buttons and rotaries interfacing,
d. The TFT Screen utilizing a built-in EVGA UV Plus module,
2. A VGA interface for direct VGA data from a standard VGA Video Card,
3. A DVI-I Dual Link interface (Digital & Analog) for direct digital video data.

The connection between the USB video interface or the direct VGA/DVI interface is accomplished by a bridge connector. When fitted, the USB interface is used, when removed the video can be supplied via the VGA or DVI connector.

A driver (included on CD) adds 2 additional video screens to your desk top computer or note book running Windows XP or Vista.

Each display unit (PFD or MFD) has 2 SD Card slots, which are recognized by the computer connected as 2 additional disk drives. 4 SD Cards of 1 Gigabyte are included in the complete system.

A complete TRC-G1000 system includes 2 main displays and one Audio Panel. The set includes therefore:

1 PDF Display Unit with 800x600 screen
1 MFD Display Unit with 800x600 screen
1 Audio Panel

4 SD Cards 1Gb
3 USB Cables
Set of screws for mounting the modules
2 additional bezel covers with 11 positions for buttons
2 additional blank bezel covers

Each display unit comes with all buttons for a.o. the Autopilot in position. Even the VNV Key (Vertical Navigation Mode) is available. You can replace the bezel on the left side of each module for a bezel with either 11 button positions or for a bezel with no button positions at your choice.
