FS Repaint has these key features:

Safe - create one or more new liveries without disturbing your existing aircraft
Built-in toolkit - large set of essential tools for making graphical changes to your existing aircraft textures.
Immediate 3D View - view your changes as they will appear with Flight Simulator in full 3D.
Animate Mode - "spin" your aircraft to view it from all sides
NEW Feature - easily import logos, photos, etc to create "tatoos" on aircraft - copy and paste onto fuselage, wings, tail, more.
