LAGO announces FSLog
After some rumors last week we can now tell you that we ARE indeed
working on a replacement for the crummy logbook in Fs2002. This new
version will be very close to the highly expensive tools used by flying
clubs and private pilots. It is started from within FS2002 and will use
many of the databases of Fs2002 (like the aircrafts, airports etc) to
save you entering a lot of data. There will be many graphical outputs
but the most exiting by far is a map of the world where all your flights
are shown. So if you like to roam the world in FS2002 you can see your
flights. Of course the map can be zoomed in and out; nice detail is that
your last 5 flights will be colored differently to show you were you
have recently been.
LAGO announces Honolulu Scenery
Although we don’t know yet when it will ship, LAGO is working on a
scenery of Honolulu. This scenery will be 100% done in Gmax with the
result that it is incredibly fast. Even with high dense scenery (how
about 600+ taxi signs) we still get framerates in the high 60’s on a 1.2
Gh machine. Of course we are eating some of that framerate to add more
stuff but it will be a scenery that is special in many ways.
FSMaintenance CD version soon to be available
We just finished the master for the CD version of FSMaintenance. The
version that will be shipping is 100% identical to latest version on our
website. This latest version is 1.10 btw and a new complete version and
an upgrade (all previous versions to 1.10) are available.
