FS2004/FSX IFDG Delta A320 V1. An Aussie FS Release setting-up instructions outlined in Read Me File.txt. Just a few notes though- Copy all files in the EFFECTS folder into your Flight Simulator EFFECTS folder. This is needed for the lights to work.
