History:
On April 15th, 1969, while on a reconnaissance flight from Atsugi, Japan, this aircraft was shot down by two North Korean MIG fighters at 1350 (local) and crashed into the Sea of Japan approximately 90 miles S.E. of Chongjin, Korea, with loss of all 31 aboard (TT: 10,980 hrs).
