Description:Sound pack for the P3 Orion Submarine Hunter and Search aircraft
Powered by four Allison Turbo prop engines.This aircraft is famous for dramatic
search and rescue missions of late and I can remember working on and around
them at RAF.St.Mawgan in 1969.I have evn had the pleasure to have a flight in one
on a test flight.I made these external recordings from close up to the aircraft
during taxi runs and along side the runway, using a reel to reel tape recorder.
I have since transfered these sounds onto more modern tapes.And edited them for
stereo and eliminated, unwanted noise.
Instructions.
Unzip p399sndpk into a temp folder.Then place the entire sound file into your flightsim98/CFS
Orion sound folder.
