You must have the fs98 Aircraft converter installed
This is not to convert the aircraft but it adds the
2 engine panel conversion you need for the 402c
Make a folder called Island402 in the FS98 AIRCRAFT FILE
in that directory make 4 sub folders
Texture
panel
sound
model
and install with win zip and windows explorer the
correct files into each folder or directory...
If you get stuck...look at another aircraft already
installed...It should give you an idea
