MP-Lite Client Ver 2.1.0 Works together with MP-Lite Server module to provide a stable platform for Multiplayer Sessions with MSFS 2000/2002 and with FS2004 users who have Ver 3.x of this client software. Ideal for VAs and Online Flying groups who want to locate a permanent server for their online sessions. Easier setup for Firewalls and Routers than normal Multiplayer. Features built in Chat window scroll for FS2002 and new aliasing function which enables you to "alias" a players aircraft to one in your hangar if theirs is not installed on your system.
IMPORTANT - A word about firewalls and NAT. For MP-Lite to work through firewalls or NAT systems then you MUST allow UDP Traffic in bidirectional mode on ports 1500 and 1501 as well as TCP traffic on 1502.(Use Port forwarding on the 1500 and 1501 ports to the PC running MP-Lite)
Installation
------------
Simple, double click on the other file in this archive mplc200.msi and follow the on screen instructions. After installation read the Manual in the EvaWare FS program group that is created.
IF YOU ARE UPGRADING UNINSTALL YOUR OLD VERSION AFTER TAKING A COPY OF YOUR MPLCLIENT.INI FILE. Put this file back in again after installing this new version.
