THE SCENERY:

I wanted to break away from the three main airports in the New York Metro area and do one of the other many airports located in the area. MacArthur I think was a good choice because of it's location relative to the other three. Many people don't realize that MacArthur could be the "fourth" major airport of the NY metro area.
The scenery was completely created using FSDS2. Placement and shape of the buildings and terminal were achieved by using a diagram of the facility and a map of the terminal. I loosely based the flights on the real flight schedule on a typical day at MacArthur. Below is a list of the aircraft and liveries I used for the flight plans. So just kick the tires and light the fires and have a happy flight.

INSTALLATION:

Unzip the file kisp_04 to the drive where your FS is located. Using notepad, cut and paste the content of KISPFLTPLN.txt to the flight plans text of Traffic Tools v2 and run the compile and decompile in that order. If your FS is not on drive C, then you will have to manually place the FLT and WX files in the My Documents/Flight Simulator Files folder into the same folder located on drive C.
Start FS. Select SETTINGS, then Scenery Library. Click on ADD AREA. Find fs2k4_scenery and open the KISP folder located under it. Click OK then close FS. Now start FS again. Click on Select a flight. Under MY SAVED FLIGHTS, double click on NY - Long Island MacArthur Airport. Happy flying!
