** Experimental Aircraft Panel v2 **
For MSFS 98
- Turn on Word Wrap

4 April 1999

This is a panel for a VFR aircraft, originally done for Jack Hill's Dyke Delta (ddelmp.zip). Its a curious little craft that is fun to jam around in. It's basically a 4 seater (like a Yugo is a four seater), with a pilot in the front middle (hence the narrow panel) with the three passengers sitting in a row in the back bench behind. You can, of course, put this panel into any aircraft you want.:-)

Contents:

dyke.bmp
panel.cfg
gauges.zip
panelpic.gif (GIF picture of the panel, can be discarded if you don't want it)
readme.txt

Installation:

The easiest way to install this file is to unzip the whole thing into any folder you wish (you can discard the original zip afterwards if you wish. I tend to keep them until I know the panel is functioning well).

1. Unzip the gauges.zip into your Flight Simulator\gauges folder (is that slashy thing going the right way?) and allow it to overwrite, or "just say NO" to replacement of gauges you already have.

2. Place the panel folder containing the panel.cfg and dyke.bmp into your selected aircraft folder. If you are just trying this out, rename your original panel as something like panel.orig and MSFS will ignore it, but it will always be there.

Enjoy this panel! It's made with a registered copy of Michel Polski's Panmaker and a bitmap editor. It's FREEEWARE (or e-mail ware: please send me an e-mail with something about yourself so I can say Hi!). If this screws up your computer, it's your own darn fault, the Gods have cursed thee and something else is the matter, because this is just a data file and doesn't modify anything on your computer. Remember to keep a backup copy of all of your MSFS files, or you really are daring the Gods to smite thee. Please feel free to change the panel as you see fit. Oh, and remember that we're supposed to fly MSFS, not just make things for it :-)

I have to go now... my son wants to play with Disney's Magic Artist...

There, go away and fly something...
