This is only the blank textures with lines, windows, doors etc. extruded to place them in a layer above your paint sceme. (Corel Photo Paint or Photo Shop)
Just substitute the blue base colour with your base colour. Usually it would be white.
Also play around with the opacity of the "rivet" lines. I find that about 15% to 20% is good for general use.
