Simple, low-poly gmax models

for use as static aircrafts
in Flight Simulator sceneries.

Includes: Gmax source files and texture files (painted in colours of Danish aircrafts)

These aircrafts have around 1.000 polygons.

I tried to place 30 aircrafts at an airport without major drop in framerate...

Included aircrafts

Cessna 172R
DHC1 Chipmunk
Piper PA 28-180
Beech 1900
Tiger moth
f-16c
fokker f-27
Piper cub
Cessna citation II

HOW TO MAKE A STATIC AIRCRAFT:

-Open a .gmax file in Gmax (www.discreet.com)

-(merge other files if you want different aircrafts in your scene)

-Export to a bgl file. (eg. citation_stat.bgl)
here you write longitude and latitude og the aircrafts placement

Ex. N55*59.50 E8*21.22 (will place your aircraft in Stauning in Denmark)

-put the .bgl file in the directory of the airport
you exported it to

-put the .bmp files in the texture directory
of the airport you exported it to

activation in FS follows normal scenery installation procedures:

Put the .bgl file in the /scenery directory of the airport you want to put the aircraft, or create a new directory for it.
put the texture from the zip in /texture dir. as normal

Please ask my permission if you would like to publish,
in any way, these aircrafts in a scenery or by themselves!
(read legal.txt)

thank you.
