These textures will make your rivers bluer. I was unpleased with the stock green textures, so I replaced them.
Thanks to Holger Busekros for his FS2002 river textures, and Finn Neuik for his CFS3 railroad textures. These two add-ons gave me the idea of creating this. Thanks as well to Martin Wright for his DTXbmp program, without which I would not have been able to do anything.

Installation:
Go into C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Combat Flight Simulator 3/terrains
Here you will find cfs3stex.zip open Cfs3stex.zip"
Create a backup of Stream.dds
Put the new Stream.dds in place of the old one.
