General Information:
EL AL, Israel Airlines Boeing 747-258 Combi registration 4X-AXF.
Untill the 747-400's were given to EL AL, the 747-200's flew in the medium and long haul routes.
Today, the 7 last remaing 747-200's out of the 10 that EL AL had previously are flying mostly to the
Far east routes, Specially to Hong Kong and Bangkok, They are also flying sometimes to European
destenations specially to London Heathrow.
EL AL 747-200 fleet is starting to be replaced by the new 777-200ER's that EL AL bought, untill now EL AL has
only 3 Boeing 777-200ER's that replaced 3 of the 747-200's.
Today, out of EL AL's 7 planes of the 747-200's they have:
2 passanger aircrafts, (747-258B)
3 Combi Aircraft (Cargo/Passangers,747-258C)
2 Cargo aircrafts (747-258F)
The 747-258 who are still flying are: 4X-AXD, 4X-AXC, 4X-AXH, 4X-AXF, 4X-AXL, 4X-AXQ, 4X-AXZ
Crashed planes:
747-258C 4X-AXG in 1993 after took off from Amsterdam Schiphol and crashed into an appartment building in Amsterdam.
Texture information:
All the textures were taken from REAL photos of EL AL aircrafts in all the world taken by EuroFlight members
in all the world.
Some database was built out of FEELREAL's Boeing 747-400 of Air France. Part of the low fuse and part of the nose is
the fuse databse and wings also.
Logos and EL AL related stuff were taken from real photos.
