About the Garda Helicopter:

I tried my best on this File (my first) and it is as accurate as I can possibly get it. I only have one picture of the actual Garda Helicopter (www.military.ie) so was kind of limited to perspective and I could only see the left side etc. I am not sure if "GARDA 255" is written on the under side of the real thing or not but I assume something is written there!
On the nose of the Squirrel "GARDA" should only be written once the middle, but I had problems doing that so I decided rather than leave it out I would write it twice either side of the nose. Other than that I am not aware of any problems, but I would like any comments or suggestions.
I have not got any access to information about the Squirrel AS350B (and not completely sure if the Garda Helicopter is exactly that, but it looks very similar and is the closest I could get) and I have not changed any flight dynamics and the model and am going on what the original designers came up with.

About the real thing:

An Garda Síochána is the Irish police force and in late 1997 modernized the force by acquiring an air support unit. This consists of a rotary wing and a fixed wing aircraft ie. This Squirrel and a PBN Defender 4000. The helicopter is used for the greater Dublin City area while the Defender is used for the remainder of Ireland. The Helicopter can be scrambled in minutes and after take off can be over anywhere in Dublin within 10 minutes.

The helicopter is based in Casement Aerodrome (Baldonnel), Co.Dublin, and only 10 miles from the center of Dublin City. It is flown and maintained by the Irish Air Corps (whose HQ is in Baldonnel) on behalf of the Gardai. The Helicopter has a usual crew of 3: 1 Air Corp Pilot and 2 Garda observers

The Helicopter can be seen flying across the city most nights on different
"Turn Outs" including Joyriding and car robberies, most give up quickly knowing the powers of the aircraft: infrared (IR) Cameras, Daylight Cameras,NightSun Spot Lights and other equipment.

My long-term plan is to have a fleet of Irish planes, civil and military and host a site for them, if you think you can help, or have any suggestion or comment, I would be most grateful for your input or help.
