Installation
------------
Installation is the same for both versions of Flight Simulator. The scenery will work with
both FS2000 AND FS2002 but is NOT compatible with prior versions.
If you have any previous version of this scenery installed you will need to UNINSTALL that
version first.
To install the scenery to Flight Simulator follow these simple steps...
Can't get any simpler than this! :-)
1. Create a new folder in the
SCENERY folder of FS2000
or in the
ADDON SCENERY folder of FS2002
i.e. D:\FS2000\SCENERY\LGAV2002
i.e. E:\FS2002\ADD ON SCENERY\LGAV2002
2. Unzip the contents of the zip to this newly created folder using WinZip or similar
utility making sure that you have selected the 'Use Folder Names' option
(i.e. the option IS checked).
3. Start Flight Simulator
4. Go to World, Scenery Library
5. Select 'Add new' scenery and browse to the newly created folder of step 1.
6. Press OK
7. EXIT FS2000/FS2002 for the installation to take effect.
8. Restart Flight Simulator
Note:
USERS THAT HAVE DOWNLOADED THE GREEK NAVAIDS ADD-ON OF KYPRIANOS BIRIS,
SHOULD DELETE THE FILE 'KRO.BGL' INCLUDED IN THIS INSTALLATION.
YOU DO NOT NEED THIS FILE SINCE KRO VOR IS INCLUDED IN Mr BIRIS' GREEK NAVAIDS SCENERY.
USERS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ABOVE MENTIONED GREEK NAVAIDS ADD-ON SCENERY KEEP THIS FILE.
No Flatten or Exclude switches are necessary since everything is done from within
the scenery.
Please DO READ the included documentaion included in this zip BEFORE using this scenery.
Just point your browser to the file 'index.htm' in the DOC folder of the folder you have
created in step 1 above.
