Unzip "Panel" file either to specific aircraft panel file or to
FSFSConv file.
Unzip "Gauges" file to main FS2000 gauge file.
Unzip "Sounds" file to FS2000 sound file.
This panel will not function properly with FS98, however the bitmap
can be used successfully with FS98 using the CFG.edit program to
replace gauges.
