FS2004 Nicosia International Airport, Cyprus
============================================

By Toby Vickers, 2009

DESCRIPTION

This scenery package depicts Nicosia International Airport (LCNC/NIC) which has been closed to civilian traffic since 1974 as it falls in the UN buffer zone between Cyprus and the Turkish administered northern Cyprus following the war in 1974.

It uses the flatten, exclude and landclass files of the earlier freeware scenery by Gergely Kosa with permission and some vehicle macros created for me by Rick Piper. It is only intended for FS2004 and will not work in FSX.

Aircraft parking is provided in the AFCAD file for up to 9 aircraft on the apron outside the 1968-1974 terminal, two aircraft outside the 1949-68 terminal and 5 aircraft in the military apron area.

Runway 32 is equipped with ILS and the frequency to tune to is 109.5

INSTALLATION

Extract and copy the folder 'Nicosia' to your 'FS9\scenery' folder with the directory structure and add via the scenery library in the usual manner.
