Thank you for your interest in this software. The installation is done automatically, running the included automated setup. If you are upgrading from a previous release, just run setup as already indicated, making sure to OVERWRITE all the files having the same name, should it be asked by the installer (uninstalling the previous version is not required). To get the most from this release, upgrading users coming from a release older than 1.2 please select Add-ons | Widetraffic | Configure... and click “Default” to activate the recommended settings automatically (this is not necessary if you come from version 1.2)
Once installed, a new group will be created into Windows START menu -> Programs, where the user's guide and the uninstallation program is located. A Widetraffic menu is automatically added to Flight Simulator X "Add-ons" menu, from where Widetraffic can be configured and used (press ALT if you don't see the menu).
Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to visualize the manual, if it's not installed in your system, it can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
If unregistered, Widetraffic is limited to 10 minutes of time per flight session (restart FSX to get additional time). A serial number can be obtained visiting the on-line store at one of the followings websites:
