EBFS and EBBX are distinct sceneries. Please install them separately. Refer further to eb.html for detailled instructions and references. Also included are ebfn.html and ebcv.html, readme files for previously released scenery. ebtx08.bmp is a texture file for ebfn which was omitted in the original zip file.
