The install directions below are based upon an FSX installation. This repaint will also work just fine with the FS9 model.
Simply unzip the texture.nwa file and then place it into the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\AB_BDL_Boeing787 directory (assuming you have used default settings).
You will then need to cut/paste and add this section to your aircraft.cfg file. Make sure that the XX is replaced with the correct number for the next aircraft in your installation. If you have not added any other textures, the first line should read [fltsim.16].
Description=The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner is a medium-size twin-engine wide-bodied airliner that will carry 210-250 pasengers in a three-class layout. Weight-saving components and efficient engines will enable the 787 to use 20 percent less fuel for comparable missions than today's similarly-sized airplanes. As much as 50 percent of the 787's primary structure, including the fuselage and wing, will be made of composite materials. Since April 2004, 35 customers have placed orders and commitments for 444 airplanes. The 787 program will open its final assembly plant in 2007. First flight is expected in 2007 with certification, delivery and entry into service occurring in 2008.

I have also found the positioning for the jetways in FSX to fit on the 787. Simply copy and paste this into your aircraft.cfg file OVERWRITING the existing [exits] data.
