For FS2004
Laja Pulp and paper mill.
Laja is a small villge sited in de union of the rivers Bio-Bio and Laja, more or less at the high of Concepción in the south of Chile.
Its importance it is due of the existence of a big pulp and paper mill, that belongs to the Cia. Manufacturera de papeles y cartones, it is an old mill coming cince the fifeties and in constant development, being today one of the most productive mill of pulp and paper in Chile.
This reproduction it is based in an actual fotograph and in my own knowledgment, because the fact that I worked 13 years in tha place.
This scenery was, really made moved by a sentimental sense and I hope that other tha has the same rememberings and have fun with the FS.
The aerodrome, really I don't know if it exist, because of that it is ficticius and only for to have a point near the factory. In the data list of the hours flight by the airclub of Chile, it apears with neither one hour of flight since 2004 and in the data base of the Direccion de Aeronautica Civil de Chile, that aerodrome is not registred. In any way the place in which I located it is just the place in which it was in its time of glory (that was not too much too)
INSTALLATION:
1.- Unzip in any empty file
2.- in this file you will have some .JPG and .TXT files among them shall be this one and one file with the ICAO name of the airpor for installation, This name will be compossed of the Icao name, plus JV and a number that is the issue of the airport. Ex. SCST-JV-01. This file must be copied to: FLIGHT SIMULATOR 9 - SCENERY.
Once you made this, it is very good to give a look for the airport inside the SCENERY file. If every thing it is OK.
3.- Open the Fs2004
4._ In de dialog box SELECT FLIGHT, click on the command CONFIGURATION that it is down at the left.
5.- In the Configuration dialog box click on the command SCENERY LIBRARY.
6.- In the dialog box SCENERY LIBRARY CONFIGURATION, you must click on the command ADD ZONE.
7.- You will get a new dialog box named SELECT SCENERY DIRECTORY, in this one you must find the SCENERY file an get in this file.
8.-Now you will have the complete list of sceneries of the Flight Simulator, among them you has to find the name of the airport to install.
9.- you only has to highlight the name of the airport. In any way get into the file, if you do that the installation cannot continue, you has to go back. The FS only wants the name of the file.
10.- Click ACCEPT in this dialog box. Then this dialog box has to desapear.
11.- Click in ACCEPT of the SCENERY CONFIGURATION.
12.- Close the FS
13.- Open again and proceed in the conventional way.
