This is an update of the default CFS2 F6F3 Hellcat. I have added nav lights, altered the panel a bit, and updated the flight dynamics. This is the whole aircraft, except for the sound, which is aliased to the Ford Trimotor, in case you don't have CFS2.
Unzip to a folder of your choice. Copy the Hellcat folder to your FS aircraft folder. This should also work in FS2002 if you alias the sound to a different aircraft, or replace the sound folder with sounds you choose.
I added a view section to the panel.cfg file so it is easier to see over the nose when landing. I also added a digital trim gauge. For those that don't want the trim gauge, go into the panel.cfg file and remark out, //, the last gauge in the first window.
For those who have CFS2, you can back up the air and aircraft.cfg files for the Hellcat and replace them with the air and aircraft.cfg files with this update to see if you like them better. Don't try to replace the panel.cfg file in CFS2 unless you back it up first.
If you have CFS2 and like the default sound for the Hellcat, you can copy the sound folder from the Hellcat to this aircraft.
