Alderney Airport (EGJA) is located on the island of Alderney in the Channel Islands. I have travelled in and out of the island on many occasions and, despite the lack general lack of information on the internet about the airport, this is a pretty accurate representation. Features include accurate control tower, accurate terminal building, grass parking area, static aircraft, ground vehicles, car park, fire-station, surrounding trees, perimeter fencing and more. Many night textures and custom AFCAD file included. The airport is at N49 42 44 and W002 12 88. This scenery is for FS2004 only.
1. Unzip the package and copy both folders to your ADDON SCENERY folder (default location is "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery")
2. Open FS2004 and click the SETTINGS option on the left of the screen
3. Click the "Scenery Library' button
4. Click the "Add Area" button
5. Navigate to the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery" folder
6. Click once on the "_Alderney" folder and then click OK.
7. Now exit Fs2004 and re-open it, and the airport should now be installed and visible (grid ref. is N49 42 44 and W002 12 88)
NB: The package includes 5 static aircraft. If you don't want these to appear so that you can use their parking slots for real AI, please delete the following files:
