Version 1.0
4/28/04

Installation
1. Unzip the folder "addon scenery" into your default fs9 folder. Make
sure to use folder names when unzipping. A new folder "NC
Lighthouses" should be made in your addon scenery folder.
2. Add the scenery in FS2004 using the scenery library, under the settings tab.

Information
This scenery adds 7 lighthouses to the North Carolina coast. I tried to make them as accurate as I could, although height and location may vary from the actual lighthouses. I also made flashing lights in most of the towers to simulate their beacons. I've included a map with nearby airports to help you find the locations. It's pretty easy to locate the lighthouses, since almost all of them are on narrow strips of land.
This is my first attempt at scenery design, and is designed in Gmax, so it's frame rate friendly. I felt that the lighthouses were "finished", although there will always be some room for improvement. It works fine in FS2004, but there are some problems in FS2002. The beacons and exclude file don't work, and the textures don't show properly. I might fix this and add other details in a future release. Also check out Larry Silsbee's excellent lighthouse scenery.
