This mesh file is to be used only with FS2002. It hasn't been tested with CFS2. I suggest the amazing Flight Water Pro 2002 from Daniel Ponces. The mesh file was created using a Level Of Detail of 11 to keep a good detail in the small islands. Install the file samo_msh.bgl under the FS2002 main scenery folder following this structure:
FS2002 (or whatever is your FS main path)
SCENERY
samoa_mesh
scenery samo_msh.bgl
Then go to the menu "scenery library" in FS2002 and add this new scenery.
