Installation:
Drag and drop the texture in the appropriate texture folder of the boeing 737-400
In aircraft.cfg file you modify the atc_airline=xxx
and ui_variation=xxx
with atc_airline=NORWEGIAN
and ui_variation=NORWEGIAN
