Simply replace the file "dlgsplash.bmp" located in \Uires with the file "dlgsplash.bmp" included in this file. DON'T FORGET TO RENAME OR BACKUP THE ORIGINAL FILE IF YOU WANT TO CONSERVE IT, a good manner is to rename the original file to "dlgsplash_b.bmp" in the UIRES folder before to copy this there.

Simplemente reemplace el archivo "dlgsplash.bmp" que se encuentra en \UIRES con el archivo "dlgsplash.bmp" incluido en este zip. NO OLVIDE RENOMBRAR O SALVAR EN OTRA CARPETA EL ARCHIVO ORIGINAL SI DESEA CONSERVARLO, un buén método es renombrar el archivo original a "dlgsplash_b.bmp" en la carpeta UIRES antes de copiar éste allí.
