FS2004 Boeing 757 fixes for LTE/Volar and Privilege planes

Recently Mike Stone published a improvement to him's Boeing 757. Because I have made two repaints from this plane, I'm including in this fix the files to improve my flight dynamics too.

This file includes two folders, one for b757ah29 (Lte/Volar Airlines) and another for b757ah38 (Privilege). Original from Mike Stone, reworked by Alejandro Hurtado.
