FS2004 Boeing 757 fixes for LTE/Volar and Privilege planes

Recently Mike Stone published a improvement to him's Boeing 757. Because I have made two repaints from this plane, I'm including in this fix the files to improve my flight dynamics too.
This file includes two folders, one for b757ah29 and another for b757ah38. Original from Mike Stone, reworked by Alejandro Hurtado
