Thanks also to Reoland Ludoph for providing me with the recordings to do this file.He was onboard the C47 During the last parachute drop by world war parachute regiment veterans over Arnham a month ago see this site. http://www.homestead.com/multiplay/general5.html here you find pictures of the drop.

Instructions:
Place this FILE INTO YOUR C47 SOUND FOLDER OR DC3 SOUND FOLDER.

Great tower view sounds.Throttle back to 75% power apply 10% flaps
fly at 1000 ft and listen.Amazing reproduction of actual aircraft sounds.
Get into level flight,slew to tower view, head for airfield,about a mile out and about 1,500 ft
for best sound during flyby.
