FS2002 Scenery

OIL RIGS OF BASS STRAIT, VICTORIA,
AUSTRALIA. Version 2

This FREEWARE scenery is an add-on to
the default flight simulator sceneries.

Version 2 fixes the NDB's being visible on the water surface below the oilrigs and adds a missing texture file.

Produced using Airport 2.6
Airport 2.10+ textures, VOD textures required but not included.


INSTALLATION
1. Remove the previous version from your scenery directory and from the FS2002 "world/go to scenery" area.

2. Unzip bassoil2.zip to a temporary folder. Be sure to tick "use folder names".
This will create a folder called 'Bass Strait Oil V2'. It will contain the scenery and texture folders.

Place the scenery diecrtory into your FS2002 Addon Scenery folder.

Place the texture files in the Main Fs2002 Texture directory.


3. Start FS2002 and open the world/scenery library.
Click on "add area" and browse to your new Bass Strait Oil scenery folder.
Single click on the folder name and fill in the scenery area title box.
Call it whatever the like.
Click OK.
Close the scenery library dialog box by clicking on the "tick".

oil Rigs S38 00, E147 00 to S39 00, E149 00.
Town of Seaspray S38 22.5 E 147 11.5.
Longford Oil Refinery S38 13.5, E147 10.

To go to the airport click on World/Go To Airport, on the Go To Airport which opens up.
click on "Seach Add-on Scenery", then scroll through till you find Alpha Oil Rig or Halibut.

Position of the oilrigs were obtained from readily available road-maps and atlas.

All oil rigs have NDB nav aids(fictional)
