FS2004 Boeing B737-200 Avior

Few years ago, Avior, a regional venezuelan airline, started to use its first medium-size passenger planes, two B737-200.

In April 29, 2005 I traveled in this planes from Caracas to Barcelona and back. The first flight (in the YV-917C) started one hour later, and the pilot seemed not to be usual to the 737. The back travel (in the YC-643C) was late but not too much, and the pilot was very good. I'm including the two planes like they were this day and the tickes of my travel.

There are two repaints of the 737-200 in the colors of Avior, but both are previous to the slogan "Muévete por Venezuela" (Move yourself by Venezuela)

This is my 50th repaint, and I wanted to do it about a venezuelan plane. I want to thank to the people who sends me emails and pictures to make repaints. Some of them I can do, anothers I can't by one or another reason. I have received emails too from people who wants to learn to make repaints. It's easy, you just have to carry the scanner to the airport and aply it to the real plane. I want to thank too to people like the FFX group, Mike Stone, Andrew W. Haigh, Robert Versluys and anothers for make the models over whom I make the repaint, and many more thanks for let us make the repaints. I want to ask them for some models of the second world war: Mosquitos, He-219, P-61, Ki-61, Mig-3. I have no seen free repaint models of this kind for FS2002 ó FS2004. Or more recent ones: CN-235, Beluga, Tornado. But even with this, thanks for the long cuantity of models that you have suplied us and that is giving so much work to the people like me that likes to make repaints.

And, of course, thanks to the airlines, thanks to the militars and thanks to the private owners who suplies us with so wonderfull planes to copy.

About the Boeing 737, everybody knows about it. It was supossed to be a short range, self-depending plane with a quantity of common parts with the 707 and 727. At the beginnig was a selling failure, but bit to bit started to improve the cash flow of Boeing, and now it is one of the five commercial planes with more than 1000 units sold. When the airlines requested Boeing to improve and enhance the plane, the underwing position of the engines made this so difficult that Boeing was almost ready to close the production line and start with another plane. So good they had second thougs.

Warranty:
I love the warranty wrote by Andrew W. Hall:
"None. Zip. Nada. Use at your own risk. I don’t think
this will harm your computer in any way, but if it does, I
don’t even want to hear about it."

A last remark: Why don't become a repainter? There are a lot of planes with special markings. I'm tired of the usual F-16 low-vis scheme, or the usual 757 in Delta markings. Why don't a "Bat's outa Hell's" B-25 or a serie of Qantas 737s? The plane modelers like FFX-SGA are very important, but they can't make all the painting schemes by himselfs. So why don't help him and his friends?

INSTALLATION:
Just unzip b737ah49.zip in your "Aircraft" folder of FS2002, FS2004 or FS9 (make sure "use folder names" is checked), copy the file SMOKE_JT8D.fx to the "effects" folder and that's all.
