Braniff 727-27C N7281 for FS2002

One of my favorite planes is the Boeing 727. So when I saw a picture of this Braniff's plane, I decided to repaint a 727 in this colors. The model made for Kevin Trinkle is a very good one, and there are many repaints in the web of his plane. I piked a original model by Gary Carlson/Kevin Trinkle, modified by Rodolfo Buelvas. Base textures by Bill Alicea. Original Repaint by Misha Kovacevic. Aircraft.cfg modifications by Charles Fox. And now, repainted for me, Alejandro Hurtado. So, there is a group's work. I tried to contact Kevin Trinkle but I had no answer, so I hope that there will be no problem with the repaint.

The plane is one of about 70 Boeing 727s of various marks bought by Branif over the period 1965-73. Braniff has a picture scheme where each plane has a different color and scheme in tail and body. In fact, the Braniff's N7286 had the same green tone, but the 1 and 3 engines are natural metal, and ALL then botom is clear green. Sistership of N7280, N7281 arrived in April, 1967. She was sold in May, 1980. Now it flyes with First Air. This is the oldest passenger jetliner flying the canadian skies!

This is my second repaint. The first is a Ju-52 in Milka colors, you can find this in www..com (Note: It flies better with the center tank/cargo half empty) And I am planning to repaint this B727 model in two Viasa and a Christmas Iberia painting. So be ready for more planes of Alejandro Hurtado.

A last remark: Why don't become a repainter? There are a lot of planes with special markings. I'm tired of the usual F-16 low-vis scheme, or the usual Delta 757 markings. Why don't a Tornado Tiger Meet or a serie of Easy Jet's 737s? The plane modelers like Kevin are very important, but they can't make all the painting schemes by himselfs. So why don't help him and his friends?

INSTALLATION:
Unzip this archive directly into your FS2002/aircraft directory and make sure "use folder names" is checked. If you're an FS2000 user, search for the proper file aircraft.cfg in the Misha's repaint. This one is for FS2002. To use the smoke system, you must have the file smoke_rx.fx installed in your Fs2002/effects folder. If you don't see it there, download the file 727smoke.zip and extract the file smoke_rx.fx into your FS2002/effects folder. Ignore the readme. The FS2002 aircraft.cfg included already includes the proper smoke section. Just press "I to activate/deactivate.
