Notes:
I try to work for a fs98 Extra300 simulation, apply more real qualities.
This is the last version (I hope :)
Near life-like flight dynamics (high glide ratio, can't to 'knife').
Not needed the full power all the time (manifold pressure: cruise).
Radio channel setup by Aircraft/Communication menue, if needed.

Modified the default panel for it.

The real plane is 'RedBull' Extra300L now, near re-paint the fs98 model.
sounds: Inline cylinder engine sounds, inside - outside.
The idle included the start/stop sound (m-- m++).
