IMPORTANT: These gauges have been programmed with "EasyGauge" and require the file Gaugesound.dll, which you will find enclosed, to be copied into the main FS2002 directory, otherwise FS2002 will crash.

Panel and vintage instruments including complete set of low-RPM Gauges for all engines.

As can be seen from the enclosed original photo of the Zeppelin Riesenflugzeug R.VI cockpit, instruments were in reality few and far between... The altimeter was portable, and can be seen hanging from the back of the left pilot´s seat!
Little information is available, so the panel configuration is based largely on other planes of the time. The instruments themselves, however, are indeed authentic, and were used on Gotha, Friedrichshafen and A.E.G. Grossflugzeug:
Historically authentic 1917 inclinometer, temperature, oil, airspeed, magnetic compass and manifold pressure gauges are included. The panel has been modified on the left to hold the horizontal magnetic compass and the laterally mounted airspeed gauge.
The inclinometer substitutes the previous artificial horizon and variometer. This early, peculiar instrument gives separate lift readings for left and right wings! The liquid in its twin glass tubes detects both rolling and pitching!
Extensive research has gone into the creation of these remarkable gauges, programmed with "Easygauge" by Claudio Mussner.
"EasyGauge" is a program exclusively designed for non-programmers, who

Altimeter and left and right fuel Gauges are by Bastian Hundt and Horst Weingärtner (BHHW).
Unfortunately I have lost track of the origin of the rest of the gauges,(throttle, ammeter, gyro, etc) whose authors have done a great job in creating them.
