Create a folder (e.a. Salzburg) and two sub folders called SCENERY & TEXTURE. Copy the *.bgl file to your SCENERY folder and all the rest to your TEXTURE folder. You will need all the Airpt*.oav files.
Make sure that Salzburg is a layer higher than Europe2. (E.a. Salzburg should be layer1 and Europe2 should be layer2)
It will make Salzburg (LOWS) a little bit more attractive than the default Europe2 scenery.
