The separate "Gauges.zip" contained in the main BK117Star3 folder should be unzipped to the Gauges folder of FS2002 or FS2000 dependant on which you are installing to.
The glass transparency cannot be altered as glass areas were created as separate parts with transparancy being applied to the whole part.
The tail and main rotor textures have been created as transparent 22% in FSDS. If you do not have FSDS tampering with these textures will result in solid texture being displayed.
