The Swearingen SJ30 Corporate jet

The Swearingen SJ30 is a 6-8 passenger, entry-level corporate jet that has good performance yet low cost. It will compete against the CitationJet and corporate turboprops as well. Long in development, the SJ30 design has passed through several hands including Gulfstream and the Jaffe Group before resting in the Swearingen court.

Weight: 6,210 pounds empty equipped, 10,400 pounds max takeoff
Powerplants: Two Williams Rolls FJ44 turbofans developing 1,900 pounds thrust each
Capacity: Pilot and passenger on flightdeck (or pilot and copilot) and main cabin seating for four in club arrangement, or up to 6 in high-density
Max cruising speed: 445 knots
Long range cruising speed: 413 knots
Initial rate of climb: 3,920 feet/minute
Service ceiling: 43,000 feet
Range at 413 knots with reserves: 1,730 nm

The simulation is painted in demonstrator livery and includes working lights, flaps, strobes and gear. The engine exhausts light up on high power. The side windows light up automatically at night. The door opens and the steps descend when the engines are killed and closes automatically when the engines are fired up. Put the .AIR file in your PILOTS subdirectory, the rest in your TEXTURE subdirectory and have Flight Shop from BAO installed.
