Copy & paste the "Project Opensky B737-800WL" folder into your FS2004 Aircraft folder. Located as below:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft

Copy & paste the contents of the effects folder into your FS2004 Effects folder located as below:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Effects
