TRIBHUVAN AIRPORT, KATHMANDU, OF NEPAL - SCENERY FOR FS2002 - Drammen 17 OCTOBER 2003

NEW: Based on recent photos of Tribhuvan Airport.
Also included are taxi-ways, parking, buildings, airport vehicles etc., and tower/ground ATC to facilitate AI traffic, to the existing Tribhuvan airport of FS 2002.
INTRODUCTION
Tribhuvan Airport scenery is compatible with the first version, and version 2 of my Nepal sceneries. If you already have any of them installed please follow the UPDATE instructions below.

CONTENTS
The ZIP file contains the following folders/files:
- Tribhuvan\Scenery, BGL files
- Tribhuvan\Texture, texture files
- afcad\VNKT1.txt, airport data for ATC (taxiways and parking)
- Tribhuvan Intl.jpg, Tribhuvan.jpg and Thribhuvan_thmb.gif, airport buildings photos
- Readme_Tribhuvan.txt, this file
INSTALLATION
1. The scenery.
- Un-zip the Tribhuvan folder to the FS main Scenery folder, or a folder of your own choice.
- Start FS2002 and select WORLD and SCENERY LIBRARY
- Select ADD AREA and SELECT SCENERY DIRECTORY
- Find the Tribhuvan Folder where you installed the scenery (browse) and add it.
2. AFCAD file.
To make use of this file you will need the AFCAD program of Lee Swordy available at SurClaro.
The simplest way is to use the AFInstaller.exe program (click and drag), also available at SurClaro.
3. AI traffic
If you want to make AI traffic I assume you are familiar with the tools and procedures to do it (ref. TTools from Lee Swordy, available here at SurClaro).
UNINSTALL
- Start FS2002 and select WORLD and SCENERY LIBRARY
- Disable the Tribhuvan scenery.
- Select DELETE AREA .
- Close FS2002 and find the folder where you installed the scenery and delete it.
UPDATE
Simply un-zip the Scenery and Texture files to the corresponding folders of your previous install. Allow Overwrite All Files. If you also have installed AFCAD files, import the new afcad\VNKT1.txt file with AFInstaller.
