FS2000 API Macro of a UK style Active Runway warning lights (WIG WAGS)

This API Macro is for scenery design use only and is a representation of the type
Active Runway warning lights refered to as Wig Wags,as used in the UK. modelled on
the ones seen at Luton. They are installed at the approach to the active runway
and consist of a pair of Amber alternately flashing lights both sides of the taxiway.
Installation
------------
Unzip, Place the API file into your Airport or other design program`s api folder,
the BMP file titled Wigwag should be placed into the resources folder. There are no textures to this API.
Notes
-----
When using this macro a scale of 0.03 should be used to set it to the appropriate
size. Also this is freeware and should not be changed in any way or used for any
Commercial purpose.
