I was experementing something today and I wanted to try and make a splash screen of my own. This is t-38 Talon splashscreen. It is my first one, it is a success, I hope you like it
Installation
Unzip the bmp file in UIRES section, the location should be something like this
C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/FS2002/UIRES
