EBBR/BRU BRUSSELS INTERNATIONAL (Zaventem) for FS2002
========================================================
Robert Buysen

A SHORT DESCRIPTION
======================
The time was ready for a freeware version of Zaventem, the main airport of Belgium. The airport has a total area of 1.245 ha. Because of his central position and near by Brussels, the capitol of Belgium, it is one of the busiest airports of Europe, with not only passengers trafic, but also a comprehensive cargo department, under which DHL. In order to make it more comfortable and easier to reach, they build a whole new pier, witch also can be seen in the scenery. This pier will open on may, 15, 2002 and will deal with all the passengers of the European Union. You can find more info about the airport on the official website of BIAC, the firm who runs the airport.

This scenery will never be complete and will be upgraded at regular times, just look at regular times my website to obtain a higher version. http://users.pandora.be/robert.buysen.fs2000.pages/index.html

SABENA
==============
EBBR was until a few months ago the home base of SABENA, the Belgium National airline company. Until the unthinkable happened, Sabena got bankrupt. Even I fell silent. Sabena was a concept for me,...a great value. It was unthinkable that such a thing could happen. But what made a deep impression on me, was the enormous human grief that this closing down caused. Thousands of people were unemployed, left on the street by everyone. As a memory for what then happened, there will be always SABENA logo in my scenery, even they will disappear on the airport all over the world. I dedicate this to all the ex people of Sabena , and I hope they soon will be working in an other company. The time is high that everyone realizes that a society or firm not only runs on profit, money and shares, but also with regular people. This people who are most of it the victim of such a story...

Install:
=============

UNZIP (You need the program WINZIP) the contents of EBBR2002-V***.ZIP to the scenery directory of your FS2002. E.g.: if your flightsim is in C:\PROGRAM FILES\FS2002 you must unzip the EBBR2002-V***.ZIP file to:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\FS2002\SCENERY

Then you start the FS2002 and click on WORLD. Then you must click SCENERY LIBRARY. In this menu you click ADD AREA and you search for the map SCENERY, open this map and indicate the EBBR2002 directory and click OK. Click in the next screen again OK and the new scenery is admit in the data.

Even I tried to make the scenery as simple as possible, nevertheless the scenery is quite complicated, so it is recommended to use a fast system. If you have a slow system, you can always look if you can close some programs witch are runnig at the background (e.g. virusscanners, etc.) so the frame-rate will improve.

Most of the people who downloaded scenery's from the Internet wil not have problems with this.
